Our service contracts and agreements on service levels define the expected response time from the nature of your request. Once you report the incident, the response time may take anywhere from one to eight hours and our fees are based on the level of service required. Our superior assistance level offers to call back after an hour as well as provide on-site assistance even after working hours.
